These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
